Ed and Katie celebrated their wedding in true alpine style. At the start of the year they found themselves on a 16hr flight to the beautiful country of Nicaragua where Ed proposed on top of a volcano after a steep hike to reach a hidden lagoon and the summit of Volcan Maderas.

With Ed’s love for adventure and Katie’s passion for nature, when it came to getting married they instantly knew they wanted to climb many more thousands of feet to celebrate their marriage with their closest friends and family. And having both fell in love with the Alps on a holiday almost 4 years previously, the mountains were calling them once again for their biggest adventure of them all.
